Windows Installer Package

hi everyone nice to meet u guys here, im a freshman who wants to play RapidRose with everyone here.
but theres some technical problem i am facing now.

i downloaded the Rose 254 setup.msi and i failed to launch it becoz of the "setup.msi" problem .
i dunno what happen there and the only thing i knew is i cant launch it becoz the "setup.msi" is "windows Installer Package".

any technical GM / Players can help me solve the problem so i can join the RapidRose Group as soon as possible ?

Did you tryed to redownload?

Else try to use it as admin

I would have said the same thing >.>
Maybe your internet connection went off while downloading or something, so it could be incomplete.
Try to redownload,
