Well its kinda easy realy
Evry 1 can do it :3
In 5 easy steps
1. Go to ur Rapid rose folder and Right click on the laucher
2. Then click Properties and then u see a few tabs click on the compatibillity tab
3. Click on the little box what saids: Run this program in compatibillity mode
4. click on apply and run the laucher
5. login and talk to a NPC and there u got ur text!
Atleast this worked for me with windows 7 :3

or for XP's users
1.go to directory of Rapid Rose 2.look for neoncude.file and delete no the neoncube folder 3.then patch 4.then log in 5. there you go u now have ur text

what should patching with my launcher use?? This would never fix NPC Text, on top of that, I never had the NPC Text missing on XP.
